I am having troubles to learn Actionscript 3 so I was wondering if I learn PHP first that will help me understand programming. OOP etc.. I am a newbie. Thx.

what is the best way to learn and become an expert n asp.net. I am very desperate to learn it so i downloaded some projects and then going through the code but everything passing above my head.
Also, reading wrox: beginning asp.net with c#. But i don’t like it.

I want to add forms like drag and drop system and a little bit about codings.
does any one know , how to add a master page.

I am planning to become a professional PHP developer in 6 months. Is it better to learn PHP/Mysql with Linux or Windows? If yes which version &which version plz? Thanks

for making websites? I’d ideally like to be able to make my own message boards on my own (not pasting somebody else’s file). Do you need to know both javascript and PHP? One more thing, I’m not interested in becoming a full fledged programmer.
