I need a java to php brige to access php from Java in windows. I know about Plava but it they say that it was not made for windows.

What about software names? Eudora, Fedora, Linux? Don’t they sound like cool baby names?

I wanna develop an interactive website whose requirements are quite complex, especially requirements on sorting/ordering, which programming language should I choose, PHP or Java?
It is composite sorting. In order to sort, several arguments for each item are collected and calculated. I am afraid that database couldn’t do this job, only a program can do this job.
What programming language does Yahoo answers use? Which language is more able to handle concurrent access, PHP or Java?

i’m use delphi 7 for two years,sometimes i learning java or .net,because i think delphi was not popular, and it’ll be eliminate.

Almost without exception, when my computer slows down or otherwise craps out, it’s when Java is involved. Any of you computer geeks have an opinion?

I am trying to learn PHP but there is a limited examples for this language. So I am using several Java tutorials and pretty duplicate from Java code into PHP code and it seems to works(Of course I apply some minor changes as both languages are not totally identical) Do you guys think that I am using a decent method to learn PHP?? Or I am wasting time?

And also a little tutorial to it if anyone have the time. I tried HashSet, but when i tried add(int) some integer it shows null pointer exception even though the integer is already declared with a number. Anyone help plz?
