Can a 2nd computer use the Internet through the 1st computer which uses the Verizon Broadband card UM175VW? A wireless router cannot be used, since the device only plugs into 1 computer directly. However, is there another way, such as running a cable from the 2nd computer to the first computer and getting Internet through that?

I have my computer and my wireless router all setup. My G/F wants to use the network and I have the password etc.

But whenever I put it in her computer it says it is incorrect, even when the router is plugged in.

I am not sure what to do, how do I get her comp connected?

I am looking at getting rid of cable (99% of broadcasts are garbage) and would like just to use a computer to connect the internet to my television screen. Mostly to watch Hulu, netflix, select shows, etc. Is there a computer that would be recommended for just this purpose? Hopefully under $500. I have a computer that is connected to the internet that has a broadband modem and has a usb wireless router. How can i connect my other computer Everex that’s running on windows XP to the internet using the wireless router from the computer that does have Internet?

My laptop, windows XP, cannot connect to the internet through the LAN connection. However, my laptop could connect to the internet back in korea where I bought my computer. Also, the internet port is functional because my friends have used their computers on that port. My laptop can connect to wireless here, but just not the lan connection. Does anyone know what’s wrong with my computer?!
